Today, Friday, October 23^rd, 2020, the Investigating Prosecutor Team at the Attorney General for Special Crimes at the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia, conducted an examination of 4 (four) witnesses related to the Corruption Crime Case in Financial Management and Investment Funds at PT. Jiwasraya Insurance (Persero) which is carried out based on an Investigation Order Number: Print-33 / F.2 / Fd.1 / 12/2019 dated December 27^th 2019 as well as for witness examination of cases with Corporate Suspects and Personal Suspects in this case PIETER RASIMAN;

1. Witness for the Corporate Suspect of PT. Prospera Asset Management, namely Br. ISWAHYUDI AL HAQ as Head of compliance PT. Indo Premier Sekuritas;

The information taken from the witness is deemed necessary to reveal the extent of the witnesses' role in running their company and their relation to the sale and purchase of shares from financial management and investment funds at PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) which occurs on the Indonesia Stock Exchange;
