Jakarta, Monday, September 28^th 2020, the Public Prosecutor Team to the Directorate of Prosecution to the Attorney General For Special Crimes of Attorney General's Office of The Republic of Indonesia has submitted the suspects and physical evidence in the case of alleged corruption crimes for providing financing facilities from PT. Danareksa Sekuritas to PT. Aditya Tirta Renata and PT. Evio Sekuritas to the Public Prosecutor of Central Jakarta District Attorney Office;

            The handover of the suspects and physical evidence (Delegation Phase II) was done after the Public Prosecutor went to the Attorney General For Special Crimes of Attorney General's Office states that the case filed separately (splizt) was declared completed, because it is considered that the formal and material requirements have been fulfilled.

            The first one was the delegation of Phase II in the files of corruption case for providing financing facilities from PT. Danareksa Sekuritas to PT. Aditya Tirta Renata, the suspects are :

1. Suspect MARCIANO HERSONDRIE HERMAN, SE.
2. Suspect ERIZAL, SE. Bin SANIDJAR LUDIN.
3. Suspect Ir. RENNIER ABDUL RAHMAN LATIEF.
4. Suspect ZAKIE MUBARAK YOS.

            The four suspects / defendants will be submitted to court on charges of violating the following articles : Primair Article 2 Section (1) in conjunction with Article 18 of Law of PPATK in conjunction with Article 55 Section 1 to 1 Criminal Code (KUHP) Subs Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 Law of PTPK in conjunction with Article 55 Section 1 to 1 Criminal Code (KUHP);

            Furthermore, the delegation of Phase II of Corruption Crime Files for providing financing facilities from PT. Danareksa Sekuritas to PT. Evio Sekuritas, the suspects are :

1. Suspect MARCIANO HERSONDRIE HERMAN, SE.
2. Suspect SUJADI.
3. Suspect TEGUH RAMADHANI.

            The three suspects / defendants will be submitted to court on charges of violating the following articles : Article 2 Section (1) in conjunction with Article 18 of the Law of PTPK in conjunction with Article 55 Section 1 to 1 Criminal Code (KUHP) Subs Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 Law of PTPK in conjunction with Article 55 Section 1 to 1 Criminal Code (KUHP);

            Meanwhile, the fourth suspect is :

Ir. RENNIER ABDUL RAHMAN LATIEF which is submitted to the court on mixed charges or a combination of layers, cumulative and alternatives, which violates the following articles :

First

Primair :

Article 2 Section (1) in conjunction with Article 18 of the Law of PTPK in conjunction with Article 55 Section 1 to 1 Criminal Code (KUHP)

Subsisiair :

Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 Law of PTPK in conjunction with Article 55 Section 1 to 1 Criminal Code (KUHP);

And charges :

Second :

First :

Article 3 of Law of TPPU or

Second :

Article 4 of Law of TPPU.

            After the defendants' evidence and completeness being examined, the suspects were detained at the State Detention Center (Rutan) for 20 days, from September 28^th 2020 until October 17^th 2020;

            Furthermore, the Public Prosecutor at the Central Jakarta District Attorney Office and Directorate of Prosecution to the Attorney General For Special Crimes will immediately handover the files to the Court for Corruption Crimes at District Court of Central Jakarta.
