On Wednesday, September 30^th 2020, The Attorney General of Indonesia, Dr. Burhanuddin, SH. MH. welcoming a visit of The Minister of Social Affairs Republic of Indonesia, Juliari P. Batubara and staffs from Ministry of Social Affairs Republic of Indonesia at Kejaksaan Agung Republik Indonesia Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Ragunan, South Jakarta;

            The visit of The Minister of Social Affairs Republic of Indonesia, Juliari P. Batubara andstaffs, was held in the context of gathering and meeting with The Attorney General of Indonesia who is an old friend of his;

            The meeting was also participated by Deputy Attorney General for Intelligence (Jamintel) Dr. Sunarta, SH. MH., Deputy Attorney General for Civil and Administrative Affairs (Jamdatun) Ferry Wibisono, SH. MH. CN., and Head of The Center for Legal Information (Kapuspenkum), Hari Setiyono, SH. MH. Meanwhile, Ministry of Social Affairs was present to accompany the Minister of Social Affairs Republic of Indonesia, including Secretary General Hartono Laras and Head of General Bureau Adi Wahyono;

            During the visit, The Attorney General of Indonesia thanked Minister of Social Affairs for taking time to pay a visit and stay in touch with Kejaksaan Agung RI. We will always ready to provide legal assistance for legal problems faced by Ministry of Social Affairs, especially in implementing programs and activities to prevent social impacts due to the Covid-19 outbreak, which will not necessarily end in the near future in the context of National Economy Recovery (PEN);

            On the other hand, The Minister of Social Affairs Republic of Indonesia, Juliari P. Batubara expressed his gratitude for the hospitality of the The Attorney General of Indonesia and for taking time to welcome and do coordination with Ministry of Social Affairs. In the future it will be followed up with the making of memorandum of understanding and cooperation agreements in the law field in order to support the implementation of duties, functions and authorities of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Kejaksaan Agung RI;
