Today, Thursday, October 1^st 2020, the West Java Attorney Office And Bekasi District Attorney Office in collaboration with the Attorney General's Office's Of The Republic Of Indonesia's Tabur Team, successfully secured and arrested a fugitive of a corruption case on behalf of the convict EVI NOVIANA at her house Jl. Sejahtera III No. 58 RT. 004 RW. 005, Bekasi City, West Java;

            The identity of the convict are listed as, the full name is EVI NOVIANA, was born in Bandung, 48 years old, date of birth June 6, 1973, Gender Female, Indonesian Citizen, Address / Residence on Jl. Kalaka 3 No. 10 RT. 13 RW.07 Serang, South Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java, Islam and a Private Employee;

            Previously, EVI NOVIANA was the Defendant of the Corruption Crime for Providing Multimedia Tools for the Plenary Room of the DPRD of Bekasi City for the FY 2007 with the following positions:

• The Defendant was the Director of PT. Regina Dwiki Utama as the winner of the tender for the providing multimedia equipment for the plenary room of the DPRD of Bekasi City for FY 2007 for IDR 403,065,546. The implementation was not corresponding with the contract documents and not all work was completed by the Defendant, but the Defendant's work was declared 100% complete by HM. Ali Sjahbana as the Commitment Making Officer (PPK), causing losses to the state finances and the Bekasi City Government up to IDR 89,440,500.

            After being tried and convicted by the Bekasi District Court, Bandung High Court, the Defendant was found guilty for participating in a corruption crime and was sentenced to a (one) year's imprisonment was fined for IDR 50,000,000, - subsidy of 2 (two) months confinement until then the Defendant makes an appeal to the Supreme Court and then got rejected by the Supreme Court. According to Decree Number: 1100 K/ Pid.Sus/2010 on November 24^th 2010. Therefore, with a decision from the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia the case has a permanent legal force and the Prosecutor at the Bekasi City District Attorney can immediately implement the decision, but when the convict EVI NOVIANA (who has the status of city detainees) is properly summoned, the person concerned never fulfils the summons and after the address was being searched, the convict was no longer resident at that address, therefore EVI NOVIANA as the convict was included in the wanted list (DPO) and declared a fugitive;

            After being fugitive for about 10 (ten) years, the Attorney General's Office's Of The Republic Of Indonesia's Tabur Team began to find out the whereabouts of the convict was in the Bekasi area and after it was confirmed, the West Java Attorney Office's Tabur Team and the Bekasi City District Attorney Office's Tabur Team made arrests without resistance on Thursday (01/10/2020) at around 18.20 WIB and immediately executed by the Public Prosecutor based on the Order of the Head of the Bekasi City District Attorney by putting in the convict EVI NOVIANA into the Class IIA Pondok Bambu Women's Correctional Institution (Lapas), East Jakarta;

            The successful arrest of criminals fugitives by the West Java Attorney Office's Tabur Team and the Bekasi City District Attorney Office's Tabur Team this time, is the 85^th fugitive in 2020 who was successfully secured by the Attorney General's Office's Of The Republic Of Indonesia's Tabur Team from various regions, including the categories of suspect, defendant, and convict.
